Will my details be secure?
Rest assured, every online loans application is protected by 128-bit encryption software.
In order to process your completed application form, we will carry out credit reference or other enquiries in accordance with our lending procedures and once you are approved we will then send you a completed application form through the post in order to obtain your signature. A copy of our important information, data protection act and uses of data information sheet will also be enclosed for you to keep, however it is important that you read these before proceeding.
By completing and submitting this application you agree to the above and confirm that all the information provided by you is true and complete and that you are at least 18 years of age.
We also recommend that you don't apply for more than three quarters of your gross annual salary and that you can afford the repayments you apply for.

**Double Nectar Points offer Terms & Conditions 1.Offer only available to customers applying for a new loan. The application must be accepted and the loan paid out to qualify for Double Nectar points. 2.The loan must be for an amount between £7,500 and £14,999 and must be taken over a period of between 12 and 62 months. 3.If you miss any repayments, double points will stop at the end of the month this happens and will not be re-instated, even if the loan is brought back up to date. 4.If the loan is repaid, double points will stop from the date of repayment. 5.Only the first loan registered against each Nectar account will qualify for double points. You may qualify for additional points by taking out other qualifying products. 6.Base points on qualifying spend in Sainsbury's will be earned as normal. A bonus equal to the total of these points each calendar month (subject to a monthly maximum of 2,500 points) will be credited to the Nectar account by the 10th of the following month, for up to 24 months from the date the loan is paid out. Excludes points from Sainsbury's Energy, Telecoms, Digital, Bank and all Bonus point offers. 7.The monthly bonus will only be calculated on, and credited to the Nectar card nominated at the time of application. The nominated card must also be used at the time of each Sainsbury's purchase and points will not be allocated retrospectively. 8.The collection and use of Nectar points in the Nectar loyalty programme is governed by the Nectar Collector Rules set out in the registration pack and available at www.nectar.com 9.Sainsbury's Bank reserves the right to alter, cancel or withdraw the offer without prior notice.
