Paying your bill

How often will I need to pay my bill?

Once a month after you've received your statement. You can choose to pay the minimum payment due or any other amount you want – up to the full balance.

What is the minimum payment?

2.25% of your outstanding balance or £5 (or the full amount if less than £5) - whichever is greater.

How can I make a payment?

There are 5 different ways:

  • Post the slip at the bottom of your statement along with a cheque
  • Take your slip and a cheque to any UK bank (some banks may charge a fee)
  • Call our telephone banking centre on 08701 542 543*
  • Arrange to have your minimum payment, or the full amount of your balance direct debited from your bank account
  • Pay using online servicing

Please note that at the moment your payment cannot be made using the Faster Payment Service (FPS).

If I change my mind about something I've bought, can I stop the payment?

Your credit card guarantees your payment, so we can't stop an authorised transaction that's been made in a shop, over the phone or on the Internet. You might be entitled to a refund from the shop, but you will need to contact them direct.

How can I change the details for my Direct Debit?

Simply call us on 08701 542 543* and we'll send you a new form to complete.

* Telephone calls may be recorded for security purposes and monitored under our quality control procedures.
