Is there an annual fee?

No

Will the interest rate stay the same?

Not necessarily. We may have to change our rate, for example if the Bank of England changes interest rates.

How do you calculate my interest?

Interest accrues on a daily basis from the date of your purchase - but is only charged on purchases if you don't pay off the whole balance each month by the payment due date.

Will I have to pay a charge when I use my card abroad?

When you use your card abroad, your payment will be converted into sterling at the rate determined by Visa International. Visa International will charge a fee for making the conversion, and you'll also be charged our conversion fee - which is 2.75% of the amount you pay.

Do I get charged a fee for cash advances?

Yes. We'll charge you a handling fee of 2.5% of the amount you withdraw (minimum charge is £2.50).

How many days interest free credit do I have?

Our Platinum and Standard credit cards have up to 50 days interest free credit and our Advantage credit card has up to 59 days interest free credit, provided you pay the full balance outstanding on your card each month.

Do I get charged a fee for balance transfers?

There is no fee for balance transfers on our Standard and Platinum credit cards. There is a 3% Balance Transfer Fee on our Advantage credit card.
