Can I transfer from more than one of my existing cards?
Yes, you can transfer from as many cards as you like - up to 90% of your credit limit.
Will you close my old card accounts when you transfer the balance?
No, we only make the transfer. You will have to organise the closing of your account yourself.
Can I change my PIN?
Yes, just go to any Sainsbury's Bank or Bank of Scotland cash machine and follow the instructions on screen.
How much can I withdraw each day?
Up to £250 (£350 for Platinum cardholders) each day (subject to local restrictions). There is a fee for withdrawing cash which will be shown in your credit card conditions.
Which cash machines can I use?
In the UK, you can use any cash machine or bank branch displaying the Visa or Mastercard symbol, which ever is relevant for your card. (You will need additional ID if you're getting cash from a bank). Abroad, there are over half a million cash machines in more than 120 countries. www.visa.com or www.mastercard.com will give you more details.
Can I use my card on the Internet - and is it safe?
Yes, you can use your card on any site that accepts Visa or Mastercard. And as long as you're using a secure link, your details will be safe.
