There are four very simple steps involved in making a claim:
- Check your policy to make sure you are covered for what has happened
- Download the claim form below, or alternatively call us on 0800 445 444, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm to request a form
- Fill in the claim form as soon as possible and send it to us
- We'll asses your claim and send a cheque as soon as it is approved.
