How to make a claim

  • Check your policy to make sure you are covered for what has happened
  • Download the claim form below, or alternatively call us on 0800 533 5912 to request a form, our notification lines are open 8am - 8pm, Mon-Fri, 9am - 2pm, Sat and 10am - 2pm, Sun.
  • Fill in the claim form as soon as possible and send it to us
  • We'll asses your claim and send a cheque as soon as it is approved.
