Supplier Governance & Assurance
One of our key priorities this year is improving and embedding our Supplier management approach across the bank ensuring we have the right capability and understanding in place for our future direction as well as meeting our short term needs.
Working as part of the Supplier Governance and Assurance team, you will provide structure to the monitoring of our supplier capability as well as building strong and effective working relationships.
We have a number of exciting opportunities within this growing team:
Supplier Assurance Manager
You'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting the development of supplier assurance plans. You will also be working with key stakeholders and Supplier Relationship Managers to ensure supplier risks are identified and managed effectively driving best practice.
Supplier Assurance Manager - Information Security
You'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting the development of Information Security supplier assurance plans. You will also be working with key stakeholders and Supplier Relationship Managers to ensure supplier risks are identified and managed effectively driving best practice.
Supplier Governance Manager
You'll be responsible for facilitating all aspects of supplier management practices, contributing to increased capability, deploying governance, best practice and processes. You will also coordinate the development of new and existing strategies, policies and standards relating to the delivery or governance of outsourced and 3rd party services.
Supplier Risk Manager
You'll be responsible for ensuring the visibility of, and consistency of management approach to, risks across the Bank’s outsourced and 3rd party relationships implementing a robust process to correctly identify and manage supplier risks.
Working with key stakeholders, you will ensure the bank is aware of the Regulatory environment and how this applies to our management of our suppliers, driving best practice in line with the Bank’s risk appetite.
Supplier Risk Analyst
You'll provide support to the Supplier Risk Manager, building and maintaining all processes, providing insight and recommendations, and delivering a Centre of Excellence for supplier risk.
Supplier Reporting Analyst
You'll support the Supplier Reporting Manager to deliver a Centre of Excellence for Supplier Management Information. You will be involved in building and maintaining all processes required to underpin and support key business reporting activities.

Senior Analyst - Permanent, Edinburgh
We have opportunities at Senior Analyst level to work with our credit cards, loans or savings products and be responsible for delivering volume and P&L targets through the design of propositions based on a deep analytical understanding of the customer and product. The role holder will use SAS and SQL to analyse portfolio trends and past campaign performance to provide actionable insight to grow the business. In addition, the role holder will develop analytical tools to help manage the business (e.g. targeting models, scorecards and segmentations).

Project delivery across Sainsbury’s Banks data infrastructure and eco‐system during a transition programme and maintain the integrity of our market‐leading data warehouse, allowing the business to function. As a Root Cause Analysis Manager your primary focus will be to drive the delivery of Great Service through identifying the root cause of complaints, producing reports and commentary for actions plans and supporting colleagues to reduce complaint volumes by collaborating and suggesting improvements. You will be expected to recommend where the priorities for change should be focussed using measures other than just volume. You must ensure we listen to customer feedback by producing reports/commentary that support improve service issues, and ensuring principles of Treating Customers Fairly/Conduct Risk are adhered to in practice.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Campaign Assistant to join the Acquisition team. Working within a fast paced environment, you will develop, manage and deliver effective Marketing campaigns in support of the acquisition objectives for allocated products. You’ll ensure that all activity is delivered compliantly, to deadlines and within budget. You’ll also be responsible for all campaign administration including adherence to all financial promotions procedures, budgeting controls and other required campaign processes. You’ll also assist in the management and development of the Instore channel, helping to decide on campaign, product and seasonal priorities.
Marketing Process Manager - 6 Month FTC, Edinburgh (Closing 9th September)
Sainsbury's Bank is in the process of setting up as a stand alone bank as it separates from Lloyds Banking Group. As part of this process, a greater level of infrastructure, process, governance and controls is being put in place. Across the Customer Marketing function, we are challenged with updating and in some cases, capturing the existing processes, creating end to end process documentation that covers our campaign management, incentive fulfilment including Nectar point allocation and proposition development. There is a need for engagement with other functions including our Commercial Product team, Data Management and Operations in the project, as the end to end process incorporates their business areas therefore good stakeholder engagement and management as well as project management skills are essential.
