You will be self-driven and reliant with an excellent working knowledge of Operations within a Retail Banking environment. The successful candidate will have good organisational skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment to develop and create 'to be' processes and procedural documentation. Strong presentation skills and attention to detail are required as well as the confidence to challenge to ensure the optimum customer journey.
