You will also be asked to answer a security question - for example, to type in your "memorable name" or to name your "memorable singer".
These personal security details (which are all set up when you register for Sainsbury's Bank Online) are used to uniquely identify you to the system, making sure that no-one else has access to your accounts.
For this demonstration, we have filled in these example security details for you. Note that to help keep them secret, your password and security answers are never displayed on screen and are replaced instead by asterisks.
