Before completing an application form, it is important that you read the uses of data information sheet.

- Complete the application form you have just downloaded.
- Enclose a cheque made payable to yourself for your opening balance or provide your debit card details on the application form. The minimum balance is £500.
- If you are a non tax payer please download, complete and send us an R85 form to receive your interest gross. (If you do not complete and return the R85 your interest will be taxed).
- Send the application, payment and R85 (if applicable) to:
