How to deposit money

  1. Set up a standing order for convenient regular saving
  2. Send a cheque in the post - we supply you with pre-paid envelopes and personalised pay-in slips. You can also pick these up in store.

 

How to withdraw money

Telephone

Telephone banking is available 24 hours a day, so you can transfer money to your nominated account and your money will be there within four working days. You can also check account details, order new pay-in slips and freepost envelopes or tell us about a change of address. Simply call 08453 055 888*.

Online

With online servicing you have simple, convenient and secure access to your savings account online, anytime, day or night. You can view details of your deposits and arrange withdrawals with just a few clicks.
