Keeping track of your savings

We will send you quarterly statements. For more regular updates you can service your account online or use the 24 hour telephone banking service. If you want to use the online service, you can register at the same time as you apply for the account.

Paying money in

Whether you want to save regular amounts by standing order or lump sums by cheque, you'll be able to deposit money whenever you want. We'll send you a supply of pre-printed paying in slips to complete and post in with your cheque.

Once your account is up and running, you can manage your money online from the convenience of your own home. At the touch of a button you'll be able to:

Transfer money between your Sainsbury's Bank Savings accounts

Transfer money to your nominated account***

Transfer money to your Sainsbury's Credit Card (if you have one).

You can register for online servicing when you apply online.

*Telephone calls may be recorded for security purposes and monitored under our quality control procedures. Calls from BT landlines will cost a maximum of 3.36 pence per minute. The price of calls from other telephone companies will vary.
