How to deposit money

You can add any amount to your account from £1 to £1 million

1. Set up a standing order for convenient regular saving
2. SaveBack at the checkout in Sainsbury's using your SaveBack card and your debit card. It's quick and your money will be credited to your account within 2 working days.
3. Send a cheque in the post - we supply you with pre-paid envelopes and personalised pay-in slips. You can also pick up envelopes and pay-in slips when you're in a Sainsbury's Store - just ask at the Customer Service Desk.
4. Make payments from your current account.

How to withdraw money

You can make up to 6 withdrawals in any 12 month period and there is no notice required

1. Transfer funds to any other Sainsbury's savings account or to your Sainsbury's credit card.
2. Transfer funds to your nominated account (which you tell us about when applying for your account.)

Please note, having interest paid out to another account rather than back in to the Premier savings account does not count as one of your 6 withdrawals.

Managing your account

As well as receiving quarterly statements you can manage your account by telephone or online

Telephone

Telephone banking is available 24 hours a day, so you can transfer money to your nominated account and your money will be there within four working days. You can also check account details, order new pay-in slips and freepost envelopes or tell us about a change of address. Simply call 08453 055 888*.

Online

With online servicing you have simple, convenient and secure access to your savings account online, anytime, day or night. You can view details of your deposits and arrange withdrawals with just a few clicks.
