Esigning your documents with Nivo
So that you can complete your loan application as quickly as possible, we've introduced the option to receive and sign your documents electronically using the Nivo App. Nivo is a secure instant messaging platform that you can download to your phone.
We'll explain how to download the app when you apply for a loan over the phone. Once it's downloaded, you can set up a secure Nivo account and we'll send your loan documents to you electronically. Then you can read them over at your leisure and sign your loan agreement electronically if you’re happy with everything.

Nivo is a secure instant messaging platform that we use to make your loan application easier. By using Nivo, you can receive your loan documents quickly and securely and you can sign your Loan Agreement electronically.
We'll text you a link to download the Nivo App and you'll be asked to create secure sign in details when you first open it. Once you've done that and signed in, we'll use Nivo to send you all the documents you need to complete your loan.
You just need a smartphone to use the Nivo App.
Yes. Nivo is protected by bank standard authentication so only registered users can use the app. Any information Nivo hold about you is protected through their technical and organisational procedures.
This means that if you're using Nivo for your Sainsbury's Bank application your information is secure and you can be assured you'll only receive messages from our customer service agents.
You'll be able to view messages and documents that we've sent to you for up to three months in Nivo, but you should download and save these documents for your records.
If you've forgotten your PIN then you can reset your Nivo account by clicking the reset button in the app. As a security measure, if you reset your account or delete the Nivo App and download it again, any messages and documents that were stored in the app will be deleted.
