How to make a claim

If you have been unfortunate enough to suffer loss or damage to your property and / or its contents, you should report the incident to us as soon as reasonably possible. To report a claim, please contact us as below:

If your policy starts with either SBY or NHP please call our claims team on 0345 850 5500. Lines are open 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays.

All other policy holders please call our claims team on 0800 206 1965. Lines are open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturdays.

When reporting a claim please ensure that you have the following information to hand:

  • Your insurance policy number
  • The date and time that the accident happened
  • What happened
  • What the damage was to your buildings / contents
  • A police incident number or reference if you were given one
