What do I need to do?

If you have a future booking and haven't travelled yet
  • If you have booked a trip that includes flights and hotels with a travel firm that holds an ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licence) and received confirmation that you are ATOL protected, the travel firm is responsible for your flight arrangements and must either make alternative flights available for you so that your trip can continue or provide a full refund. If you are abroad, it should make arrangements to bring you home at the end of your trip. Contact the ATOL travel firm for more information.
  • If you have purchased your flight through a travel firm, a third party, or used Paypal to pay for your flight, please contact these companies directly.
  • If you have purchased your flight directly from FlyBe, using your Sainsbury’s Bank credit card (not via a third party like PayPal), then you can call our credit card contact centre 08085 40 50 60 or from outside the UK 00 44 131 549 8040.
  • If you were planning to fly overseas and have Travel Insurance with us, then you can also get in touch to make a claim - +44 (0) 345 266 1872 - but please ensure that you have contacted ATOL, your airline ticket agent or your Credit card provider beforehand.

Can I get a refund on my Travel Money?

Yes. If you have a future booking with Flybe but have already purchased Travel Money from us, just go in store to one of our Travel Money bureaux and we'll exchange your money at the rate you bought it. Make sure to bring your proof of purchase.
