Updates to our Residential range – 07/06/2019

On Friday 7th June 2019 we are making changes to our full Residential mortgage range as follows:

What's changing in the 5 year fixed rate Residential Remortgage range:

  • 60% LTV at 1.80% with £1495 product fee and Assisted Legals or £500 cashback - withdrawn

In addition, All Residential end dates are rolled forward to 30th September 2021 for 2 year products and 30th September 2024 for 5 year products.

If you want to secure an application on a product that we're changing, you'll need to submit a full mortgage application by close of business on Thursday 6th June 2019.

We’re making applications easier – 20/03/2019

After such positive feedback on our front end underwriting decision and dedicated underwriter for every application, we’re making more changes to improve our service times and processes.

In response to your feedback, we’re significantly reducing the amount of paperwork you need to send us to support a residential mortgage application.

Starting from today:

  • you don’t need to send us bank statements for under 75% LTV
  • we only need one bank statement for over 75% LTV
  • you don’t need to send us business statements for self-employed applicants
  • you won’t need to send us a P60 for the majority of applicants.

This means the application and offer process will be quicker and easier for everyone. You can find full details of these changes here.
