Updates to our Residential range – 11/07/2019

On Thursday 11th July 2019 we are making some changes to our Residential and Buy-To-Let Mortgages ranges as follows:

What's changing in the 2 year fixed rate Residential Purchase range:

  • 90% LTV reduced to 1.89% with £995 fee and £500 cashback
  • 90% LTV reduced to 2.24% with no product fee and £500 cashback

What's changing in the 2 year fixed rate Residential Remortgage range:

  • 60% LTV reduced to 1.49% with a £995 fee and Fee Assisted Legals or £500 cashback
  • 75% LTV reduced to 1.49% with a £995 fee and Fee Assisted Legals or £500 cashback

What's changing in the 5 year fixed rate Residential Purchase range:

  • 90% LTV increased to 2.36% with a £995 product fee and £500 cashback
  • 90% LTV increased to at 2.50% with no product fee and £500 cashback

What's changing in the 5 year fixed rate Residential Remortgage range:

  • 60% LTV increased to 1.94% with a £995 product fee and Fee Assisted Legals or £500 cashback
  • 75% LTV increased to 2.19% with no product fee and Fee Assisted Legals or £500 cashback

All Buy-To-Let end dates are rolled forward to 31st October 2021 for 2 year products and 31st October 2024 for 5 year products.

All end dates for Residential products remain unchanged.

On Friday 31st May 2019 we made some changes to our Buy-To-Let Mortgages Policy.

What's Changing?

  • we removed the restriction on granting tenancies to tenants in receipt of housing benefits or local authority tenants (clause 14.2)
  • we changed our policy on HMO lets – we now accept Houses in Multiple Occupation where there are 4 or fewer unrelated tenants (clauses 14.4 – 14.6)
  • we removed the restriction on allowing Student Lets tenancies (clauses 14.4 – 14.6)

We will not be enforcing these restrictions on any of our existing terms and conditions.


Notification of planned System Outage

We want to provide you with early notification of upcoming planned system outages. Essential maintenance is taking place across 2 weekends in July that will impact our Broker platform and telephony support.

On Sunday 7th July 2019 – There will be no access available to our broker portal.

On the weekend of the 20th & 21st July 2019 – There will be no access available to our broker portal or telephony support.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We will resume to a fully functioning service on Monday morning following each outage.
