If you’ve ordered your Euros online or by telephone and wish to collect your travel money instore, you can do so the next day at any of our Travel Money bureaux†.

Note that rates may vary between online, phone and instore orders and that valid photo ID is required for all credit and debit card transactions when picking up your currency. You will also need to produce the card you paid for the transaction with.
Exclusive rates for Nectar card holders††
In addition to collecting points, Nectar cardholders can also receive a better rate on foreign currency purchases. Better rates apply across all currencies when you buy online or over the phone. If you buy at the bureau, Nectar cardholder rates are only available on Euros and US dollars. Exchange rates may vary depending if you buy online, by phone or instore.

A £1.99 administration fee applies to all online orders under £100 collected instore. Delivery charge of £4.75 applies on minimum orders of £100 - £299.99; £2.35 on orders of £300 - £499.99; and free delivery on orders of £500 or more.
