Whether you have buildings, contents, or a combined home insurance policy with us, it’s important to familiarise yourself with the policy documents.

Your home insurance policy contains everything you need to know about your cover. 

The details of your insurance depend on which level of cover you have, so please check your Policy Schedule to see what applies to you. For specific details of your own cover, please refer to your policy documentation. What documents do I need?

You can find your home insurance documents in the links above. These should provide you with all the information you need about your insurance policy. For specific details of your own cover, please refer to your policy documentation.

Do I get a house insurance certificate?

You can get help with your individual policy, including your home insurance certificate, by getting in touch with us. You can call us on 0345 266 1660.

Should I receive a renewal letter?

You’ll be notified before the end of your policy term that your renewal is due. We’ll issue a home insurance renewal letter with the details of your policy and premium. We review our home insurance products on a regular basis and as such, we may change the terms and conditions of your cover. Before we renew your policy, we may review your past claims history. As a result of this, we may not offer you the same type or level of home insurance cover at renewal.

We may renew your home insurance automatically, if you give us permission to do so. If you don’t wish for your policy to be renewed automatically, just call us to let us know before the renewal due date.
