The details of your insurance depend on which level of cover you have, so please check your Policy Schedule to see what applies to you. If you purchased Home insurance with a start date or renewal date on or after 1st May 2025:

Should I receive a renewal letter?
From 1 November 2025, Sainsbury’s Bank will no longer be issuing renewal quotes in respect of existing policies. However, we will write to you, well in advance of your renewal date, with options available to you regarding your cover.
If you are offered a replacement policy from LV=, this will be a new policy and you will need to contact LV= once you have received your quote to discuss payment options and accept the quote.
