If you are worried about making your next mortgage payment, we are committed to helping you. If you haven’t already had a payment deferral (sometimes called a payment holiday), you’re eligible to apply for two payment deferrals of up to six months in total.

If you’ve already had a 3 month mortgage emergency payment deferral and you need longer, you can apply for a further 3 month mortgage emergency payment deferral.

If you’ve already had 6 months of payment deferrals, you can’t apply for another mortgage payment deferral. If you’re still struggling to make your monthly payments we’ve a range of other options we can look at to suit your individual needs. Please be aware these may affect your credit file and credit rating. We can work together to agree a plan to help you. Please call us as soon as possible. You can contact us on 0800 923 1547*. To help you understand how much money you have to pay, it may be useful to work out a budget to help you keep track of your spending and prioritise debt repayments.
