Coronavirus outbreak

We have been closely monitoring the news and like many insurance providers, have made the decision to temporarily stop selling any new travel insurance policies.

We will continue to be there for our existing customers and if you do already have a policy with us please check out the FAQs.

Our travel insurance policies do not cover travel to an area where the FCO advises against all or all but essential travel. If you have already planned a trip to one of the areas highlighted by the FCO, your policy may provide cover for cancelling your trip.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be aware that our call centres are extremely busy at this time and we would recommend customers check our FAQs section online before calling us.
