To allow us to support customers in the most vulnerable situations please only call if your enquiry is essential. And remember our online portal allows you to make changes to your policy 24/7 – with no admin fee. You can also cancel your policy online – cancellation fee(s) may apply. If you need to make a claim you can contact our teams as normal.

If you need to make a change to your policy there are no admin fees to do this through our portal. You can update personal details, change your level of cover, add named items to your cover, tell us you’ve fitted a burglar alarm or simply review your policy documents. You can also cancel your policy online – cancellation fee(s) may apply.

Home Insurance claims

If you're claiming on your main home insurance policy (and not one of our optional extras) you need to call your insurer. You can find the name of your insurer on your policy documentation.
