Cancelling your cover
If you cancel your policy within 14 days after receiving your documentation, and haven’t made a trip or a claim, we’ll give you a full refund.
If you cancel your policy outside the 14 day cooling-off period, we won’t refund your premium. We will use discretion in exceptional circumstances, for example bereavement or a change to the policy resulting in us being unable to cover your medical conditions.

Amending your cover
If you want to amend your cover, please contact us via our Livechat Team. Our Livechat opening hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
How to make a claim
