We want it to be as easy as possible for you to make use of our car insurance customer services and tools.

Did you take your car insurance policy out on or after 1 February 2017? If so, you can use our online portal to manage your policy, update your details and add extra cover without having to contact us – and with no admin fee. You can also find out how to make a claim.

Managing your policy

Tailor your policy with optional extras

Want to boost your car insurance with even more protection? You can customise your policy with our optional extras, including things like RAC Breakdown Cover, Motor Legal Protection, and Key Cover.

 

Understand limits, exclusions and excesses 

Make sure you read up on your policy cover limits, exclusions and excesses, so that you’re clear on what’s covered and what’s not. That way you’ll know what to expect if you have to make a claim. 

Nectar rewards 

Are you a Nectar member? Make sure we have your Nectar card number; you can add it on the app or your online portal.

Not a Nectar member? No problem, just download the Nectar app or register at nectar.com to get your card number straight away.
