Next day delivery or collect instore
With online and phone orders, you can have cash delivered straight to your door. And if you order Monday-Thursday before 2pm online, or 2.30pm by phone, you’ll get your money the next day.*
Delivery is free on orders over £500. For orders worth £100-£499.99, the delivery fee is £5.
You can also pick up your cash at one of our Travel Money bureaux. We charge a £1.99 administration fee for online orders under £100, that are collected instore.
Last minute break?
We can get you currency quickly. If your order is confirmed by 2pm, you can collect Euros and US Dollars after 24 hours. For other currencies, it’s usually 72 hours.

Sell us your unused travel money
Don’t worry if you’ve come back from your travels with leftover foreign currency.
Bring it into one of our Travel Money bureaux, and we’ll exchange it back to Pounds for you. We buy back notes in most foreign currencies and denominations that we sell - just check with your bureau when you order. Rates vary from day to day.

Frequently asked questions
If you’re collecting your money at a Sainsbury’s Travel Money bureau, the maximum value is £2,500 per person, per day.
If you’re getting your money delivered, the maximum value is £2,500 per person, per day. The minimum home delivery order value is £100.
There’s no minimum order value for orders that you’re collecting instore.*
You can choose to collect your order at one of our Travel Money bureaux. We have over 230 of them, at selected Sainsbury’s stores (click here to find your closest store).
Or you can have your money delivered direct to your home address. We can only deliver to the address that’s your registered home address for the card you’re using to pay.
You can order your currency up to 14 days before the date you want to collect it in a Travel Money bureau.
You can order Euros or US Dollars for next day collection.* After you’ve entered your currency and collection location on the order screen, you’ll be able to select the earliest collection date that’s available.
You can select a specific working day delivery date up to 14 days in advance. Bear in mind that Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed. If you’ve chosen a Monday delivery, Royal Mail may try to deliver on Saturday.

We charge an administration fee of £1.99 for instore collection orders under £100.
You’ll not charged extra for using a debit card, or a Sainsbury’s Bank credit card. For other credit cards:
- Card handling fee - 1.50% of the order value (min £4, max £15)
- Cash advance fee - your credit card issuer may charge a cash advance / cash handling fee. Please check the terms & conditions of the credit card agreement.
You may be charged an extra fee by your card supplier, when using your credit card. This will not show on your travel money order, but you’ll be able to see it on your card statement.

*Home delivery is available Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays), when you order online before 2pm, or before 2.30pm by phone. It’s free on all orders of £500 or more (£5 for order from £100 to £499.99). We sometimes record telephone calls for safety and quality control reasons. Days quoted are dependent on the day being a working day. If one of these days is a public holiday, then additional day(s) will be added accordingly. For orders placed after 2pm on Thursday up until 2pm on Friday, there is a possibility that Royal Mail may deliver your order on the Saturday, however this is not guaranteed. If you choose Monday delivery, please note that Royal Mail may deliver your order on Saturday. A signature will be required on delivery. All foreign currency banknotes home delivery orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (unless we advise you otherwise) and only to your credit or debit card billing address. A valid landline home telephone number is required for home delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available to 99% of UK addresses. Euros and US Dollars can be collected 24 hours after placing your order and all other currencies after 72 hours, provided we receive and confirm your order by 2pm. We charge an administration fee of £1.99 for orders under £100 that are collected instore.
**Better exchange rates for Nectar card holders are available on single purchase transactions of Euros and US Dollars bought instore and all available foreign currencies bought online or by phone. Exchange rates may vary depending on if you buy online, by phone or instore. Nectar points may take up to 60 days to appear on your account. Customers can collect Nectar points on all instore, phone and online purchases of foreign currency. The number of Nectar points collected is based on the value of the currency transaction: 5 points are collected for transactions between £0 and £249.99; 10 points for transactions between £250 and £499.99; 20 points for transactions between £500 and £799.99 and 50 points for transactions of £800 or more. A Nectar card must be presented at the time of purchase instore, or a Nectar card number quoted online or by phone at the time of purchase. The Nectar loyalty programme is run by Aimia Coalition Loyalty UK Ltd. The Nectar Collector Rules detail how to collect and use points.
