What is My Account?

'My Account' is an online Card management tool where, once you have registered your Sainsbury’s Bank Multi-currency Cash Passport, you can get a PIN reminder, check your balance, move money between Currencies reload and review your transaction history.

Go to 'My Account'.

How do I register my Card in My Account?

Click on the link for 'My Account' here and select 'New Registration'.

You will be prompted for your full 16-digit Sainsbury’s Bank Multi-currency Cash Passport number (you will find this on the front of the Card), and then simply follow the instructions on the screen.

After you have completed the registration process, you will be able to log in to 'My Account'. You will need your full 16-digit Card number every time you log into ‘My Account’.

Do I receive statements?

No, paper statements are not issued. You can always view your transactions and statements securely by visiting ‘My Account’ online, and print those details at your convenience.
